ONE FC
Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: April 23, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in all programs, activities, tryouts, training sessions, academies, camps, events, and services offered by One FC and its affiliated academies worldwide (collectively referred to as "THE CLUB", "we", "us", or "our").
By registering a player, submitting an application, or participating in any One FC program or activity, the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the minor participant ("the Player"), or the adult participant themselves, confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all One FC programs globally, including but not limited to tryouts, academy programs, training sessions, camps, showcases, and any related activities, whether conducted in person or online.
1. Eligibility and Registration
- 1.1 Eligibility: Participation in One FC programs is open to players who meet the age, skill, and eligibility requirements specified for each program. THE CLUB reserves the sole and absolute right to determine eligibility for any program, team, or activity.
- 1.2 Registration: Registration is complete only when all required forms have been submitted, all required information has been provided, and any applicable fees have been paid in full.
- 1.3 Accuracy of Information: The parent, guardian, or participant is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate. THE CLUB reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose information is found to be false or misleading.
- 1.4 Age Verification: THE CLUB reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time.
2. Parental Consent and Authorization
- 2.1 Parental or Guardian Consent: For players under 18, registration requires the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- 2.2 Authorization to Participate: The parent or guardian authorizes the Player to participate in all activities, which may include physical exertion, competitive activities, and travel.
- 2.3 Adult Participants: Participants 18 or older agree to these Terms on their own behalf.
3. Program Participation and Conduct
- 3.1 Code of Conduct: All participants and guardians must adhere to the One FC Code of Conduct at all times.
- 3.2 Right to Remove: THE CLUB reserves the right to remove or suspend any participant or guardian without notice if conduct violates the Code of Conduct or these Terms. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- 3.3 Player Selection: Selection decisions are at the sole discretion of THE CLUB’s technical staff and are final.
- 3.4 Program Changes: THE CLUB reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel activities due to weather, safety, or other necessary circumstances.
4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
- 4.1 Program Fees: All fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless a written payment plan is agreed upon.
- 4.2 Non-Refundable Fees: Unless stated otherwise in writing, all program fees are non-refundable once registration is complete.
- 4.3 Cancellations by THE CLUB: If a paid program is cancelled in its entirety without a rescheduled date, a credit or partial refund may be issued at THE CLUB's discretion.
5. Assumption of Risk
The parent, guardian, or adult participant acknowledges that soccer involves inherent risks (physical contact, falls, weather, equipment failure, etc.) and voluntarily assumes all known and unknown risks associated with participation.
6. Waiver and Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the participant/guardian irrevocably releases and holds harmless One FC and its "Released Parties" from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from involvement in any One FC program, including claims arising from negligence.
7. Medical Treatment Authorization
- 7.1 Emergency Authorization: Staff are authorized to take necessary action to secure medical treatment for the Player in an emergency.
- 7.2 Medical Insurance: Participants are solely responsible for maintaining their own medical insurance. THE CLUB bears no financial responsibility for medical expenses.
8. Media and Image Rights
By participating, you grant THE CLUB a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use the participant's image, name, and voice for marketing, social media, and advertising purposes without compensation.
9. Weather and Safety
THE CLUB operates in accordance with U.S. Soccer and SafeSport safety standards. Activities may be paused or cancelled due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions at the club's discretion.
10. SafeSport and Participant Protection
One FC maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of abuse, harassment, or misconduct. All staff are required to report suspected violations in accordance with SafeSport regulations.
11. Data Privacy
Personal data is collected for program administration and communication. Data will be stored securely and handled in accordance with the One FC Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
All One FC branding, training materials, and methodologies are the exclusive property of THE CLUB and may not be reproduced without written authorization.
13. Limitation of Liability
THE CLUB’s total liability is limited to the amount of program fees actually paid by the participant for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
14. Dispute Resolution
Parties agree to first attempt good faith resolution. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration rather than litigation. A class action waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the participant and THE CLUB.
