ADVANCED PLAYER PATHWAY

The One FC Competitive Program is designed for players who are passionate about the game and ready to take their development to the next level. Serving as the direct pathway into our MLS NEXT program, the Competitive track focuses on technical proficiency, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning that translate to elite-level play.

Under the guidance of our experienced coaching staff, players train at high intensity and compete in local and regional leagues against top-tier clubs. We emphasize teamwork, discipline, and a strong work ethic, building the foundation players need to advance to high school, college, and selection into our MLS NEXT Homegrown and Academy Division roster.

We provide full and partial scholarships to elite-level players who demonstrate the potential, character, and work ethic required to succeed at the highest levels of the game.

You can register for our tryouts directly through the Events page on our website or through our Playmetrics platform. Pre-registration is strongly recommended as spots are limited. Walk-ins may be accommodated depending on availability. If you have any questions about the tryout process, feel free to contact us directly.
One FC offers programs for players aged 6 to 18. Our development pathway starts with our Junior Academy (ages 6-8) focusing on fundamentals, progressing through our Youth Academy (9-11), up to our Elite Competitive teams (12-18) which prepare players for collegiate and professional opportunities.
Players are required to bring their official One FC training kit, soccer cleats, shin guards, and a water bottle. We provide all professional training materials such as balls, cones, and other training tools.
Yes, some of our top-performing teams participate in prestigious international tournaments in Europe, during the summer. These trips are designed to expose our players to different playing styles and professional scouts from worldwide leagues.
Our methodology is built on the European professional model, combining high-intensity technical training, advanced tactical understanding, and cognitive decision-making development. Every session is designed to replicate the demands of the modern game, helping players think faster, play smarter, and perform under pressure. Through video analysis and performance tracking, we deliver individualized feedback, ensuring each player follows a clear path of progression within the academy.
The Elite Scholarship is a fully funded program designed to support exceptional players who face financial barriers, ensuring that talent is never limited by circumstance. It covers full tuition, tournament travel expenses, and provides dedicated mentorship to support both athletic and personal development. Beyond individual opportunity, this initiative is a core part of our commitment to giving back to the community—creating access, promoting inclusion, and helping young athletes reach their full potential regardless of background.
