One FC was created with a clear vision, to elevate the standard of youth soccer development in the United States. While the country offers incredible infrastructure, talent, and opportunity, there is still a gap when it comes to developing players for the highest levels of the game. We believe that change starts at the foundation. Founded by former international players Blaise Matuidi, Kieran Gibbs, and Sylvain Marveaux, One FC brings real professional experience into youth development. Having competed at the highest level with clubs such as PSG, Arsenal, Juventus, and Newcastle, they built this academy to share the standards, discipline, and mindset required to succeed in elite football. Our mission is to provide young players with a structured, demanding, and professional environment that mirrors what exists at top European academies. Every player who joins One FC enters a system designed to maximize their potential and prepare them for the next level.
