Competing in the South Texas Champions League (STXCL), our girls' teams face top-tier regional competition, fostering technical mastery, tactical intelligence, and a deep understanding of the game.

You can register for our tryouts directly through the Events page on our website or through our Playmetrics platform. Pre-registration is strongly recommended as spots are limited. One FC offers programs for players aged 6 to 18. Our development pathway starts with our Junior Academy (ages 6-8) focusing on fundamentals, progressing through our Youth Academy (9-11), up to our Elite Competitive teams (12-18) which prepare players for collegiate and professional opportunities.
Players are required to bring their official One FC training kit, soccer cleats, shin guards, and a water bottle. We provide all professional training materials such as balls, cones, and other training tools.
Yes, some of our top-performing teams participate in prestigious international tournaments in Europe, during the summer. These trips are designed to expose our players to different playing styles and professional scouts from worldwide leagues.
