It follows the exact same method, standards and goals as ONE FC Miami, the club's first academy. In just two years, ONE FC Miami grew quickly in South Florida and earned a place in the MLS NEXT Homegrown Division, the highest level of youth soccer in the United States.

Founded by Players Who Reached the Top
ONE FC was founded by three former international players:
- Blaise Matuidi, 2018 FIFA World Cup champion with France, who played for Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus and Inter Miami CF
- Kieran Gibbs, who came through Arsenal's famous academy and played for England, Arsenal, West Bromwich Albion and Inter Miami CF
- Sylvain Marveaux, trained at the Stade Rennais academy, one of the best in Europe, before playing in Ligue 1 and for Newcastle United in the Premier League

Real Competition and a Clear Pathway
ONE FC Houston teams compete in the South Texas Champions League (STXCL), and the club offers a Pre ECNL pathway for players ready for a higher level of competition.
The results are already showing. At the Texas Labor Day Cup 2026, our 2017 Pre ECNL boys won their category, and our U12 girls reached the final. This fall, ONE FC Houston also launched its first girls team, with the same coaching and the same standards as the boys program.
From the youngest age groups to the older players, every child at ONE FC Houston has a clear path to keep progressing.
