One FC Houston Summer Camp
This summer, One FC Houston is bringing a focused two-day soccer camp to Sugar Land for young players who want to sharpen their skills, compete with purpose and experience the game in a more demanding training environment.
The One FC Houston Summer Camp will take place on June 23 and 24, 2026, from 8:30AM to 11:30AM each day at Fort Bend Christian Academy, 1207 7th St, Sugar Land, TX 77478. The camp is open to boys and girls born between 2013 and 2019, with a full two-day price of $120 per player.

This camp was built for players who want more than a regular summer activity. Across two mornings, players will train with intention, compete in high-energy exercises and work on parts of the game that directly translate to match situations.
The first day will focus on Finishing & Scoring.
Players will work on striking technique, shot accuracy, finishing under pressure, movement in the box and composure in front of goal. These are the moments that decide games. A young player can have speed, energy and talent, but learning how to stay calm when the chance comes is a skill that must be trained.
Finishing is not only about power. It is about timing, body shape, decision-making and confidence. At One FC Houston, players will be pushed to understand those details and apply them in realistic situations.
The second day will focus on Dribbling & the 1v1 Contest.
This session will include 90 minutes of ball mastery, close control, change of pace, change of direction and 1v1 dribbling skills. Players will learn how to attack space, beat defenders with confidence and use creativity when facing pressure.
The 1v1 is one of the purest situations in soccer. One attacker. One defender. One decision that can change the play.
That is why the One FC 1v1 Contest will be one of the signature moments of the camp. Players will compete in knockout-style duels, building confidence, courage and personality on the ball. The final will take place in front of the group, creating a competitive moment that players will remember.
This type of format is popular in France and Europe because it teaches more than technique. It teaches players how to handle pressure, express themselves and compete with bravery. For young players in Houston and Sugar Land, it is a different kind of soccer experience.
The camp will be led by Vincenzo Cox, ONE FC Houston Director, with the support of the One FC coaching staff. The sessions will reflect the club’s European-inspired approach to player development, with a strong focus on technical quality, competitive habits and decision-making.
