A rare opportunity for families in the Greater Houston area to meet one of the most decorated French players of his generation, the event marks another important step in One FC's mission to bring elite-level standards to youth soccer development in Texas.

With a career that includes a 2018 FIFA World Cup title with France, five Ligue 1 championships with Paris Saint-Germain, and three Serie A titles with Juventus, Blaise Matuidi brings unmatched experience to the One FC project. His presence at the Houston tryouts reflects the founders' hands-on commitment to identifying and developing the next generation of talent.

Open Tryouts for Boys and Girls Born 2012–2020

The tryouts are open to boys and girls born between 2012 and 2020, giving families across the Houston area the chance to join one of the city's most ambitious youth soccer academies. Players will be evaluated by One FC's professional coaching staff on:

Technical ability
Attitude and coachability
Game intensity
Commitment and overall potential

This open evaluation is part of One FC Houston's continued growth, which recently included the club joining Pre-ECNL and the South Texas Champions League (STXCL), two of the most competitive youth platforms in the region.
