Why Families Choose ONE FC Miami for Their Child's Soccer Development

Choosing a soccer club for your child is a big decision. Parents in Miami have many options, and they want to know one thing above all: where will my child truly grow as a player and as a person?

Since 2024, more and more families across South Florida have chosen ONE FC Miami. Here is why.

Built by Players Who Reached the Highest Level

ONE FC was founded by three former international players who know what it takes to make it in professional football.

Blaise Matuidi won the 2018 FIFA World Cup with France and played for Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus and Inter Miami CF. Kieran Gibbs came through the famous Arsenal academy, played for England and finished his career at Inter Miami CF. Sylvain Marveaux was trained at the Stade Rennais academy, one of the best in Europe, before playing in Ligue 1 and the Premier League with Newcastle United.

But at ONE FC, the founders are not just names on a logo. They are involved day to day, on the field during training sessions and at games, working with players and coaches. For a young player in Miami, learning directly from people who played at this level is a rare opportunity.

A Fast Rise, Earned the Right Way

ONE FC Miami was launched in 2024 as the very first ONE FC academy. In just a few years, it has grown to more than 35 teams, from U8 to U19.

That growth was never about size. We grow at a steady pace and choose quality over quantity, so that every new team gets the same level of coaching and attention as the first one.

Over the past two years, our teams have achieved great results across the leagues and tournaments they play in. Those results helped ONE FC Miami join the MLS NEXT Homegrown Division, the highest level of youth soccer in the United States.

This place was not given to us. It was earned through hard work, strong results and, above all, how seriously we take player development and the quality of our training. Making this kind of impact so quickly in South Florida is the result of a clear plan, followed every day.

A European Method, Applied Every Day

At ONE FC Miami, every session follows the same method, inspired by the best academies in Europe. Our focus is the long term development of each player:

• Technique and comfort on the ball
• Game intelligence and smart decisions
• Discipline, effort and a strong work ethic
• Confidence and character, on and off the field

We care about winning, but we care even more about building complete players. When the method is right, the results follow.

High Quality Coaches for Every Team

A great method only works with great coaches. That is why we are selective about who joins our staff. Every ONE FC Miami coach is trained in our method and follows each player individually, season after season.

Whether your child is 7 years old and just starting, or 17 and preparing for the next level, they get the same quality of coaching and the same attention to detail.
